Packing information
Introduction
NXP provides packing information for many of its logic packages.
The packing type is indicated by the last 3 digits of the 12-digit "12NC" ordering code.
Below are convenient PDFs detailing the packing information (including orientation) for our most popular logic packages.
Following that are tables of general information which can be applied to all packages.
